CONDITIONS:

  Please take your time and read these lines below as they are quite important.

  Hostel check in from 11:00h(11 am)* till: as per the time advised by you!

  If you can not be at the hostel at about the estimated arrival time you have given us on the booking enquiry, please try to call the hostel at least 1 hour before your arrival to the hostel (Mobile: +36 20 332-6322; currently there is no non-stop reception and we may not be at the hostel just then) or much better: try to advise your new arrival time in advance.

  We have the policy to keep the rooms for our guests for all the day of their arrival no matter how late they are, but if you do not know in you arrival time, we will not take responsibility / obligations or costs for any arrivals after midnight in case you are late by more than 2 hours to your advised expected arrival time. You can advise arrival time from 9 am to leave your luggage at our hostel, but you can occupy your room from 11 am only.

Payment

  Payment is in cash upon arrival in EUR or in HUF (Hungarian forints) on the base of our EUR daily selling exchange rate.

Hostel check out Till 10:00h (10 am)

  There is a possibility to leave your packed luggage at our guesthouse after 10, but only after you spoke this over with the reception. Please do not exceed the check out time as somebody is surely coming into the room.

  Key deposit: We do not take key deposit but please be sure to leave the key in the room when you finally leave the hostel!

  Other important issues: Please keep the noise level on minimum in the hostel and the building; our guesthouse is not an independent building and we have to respect the house residents. Please keep your room and the other facilities clean.

Booking cancellation conditions for individuals:

  A written booking cancellation is free of charge one week before booked arrival date and time. Your cancellation will be valid only after our written confirmation of it.

  In case of no show or canceling within one week prior to arrival:

• in case of up to 4 nights booked: the first night is payable by bank transfer to the hostel
• in case of 5 or more than 5 nights booked: the first two nights are payable by bank transfer to the hostel.

        In case of booking within 7 days before arrival the free canceling time shortens to 72hours, for bookings within 3 days (72hours) before arrival to 24hours prior to advised arrival time.
  Please note that any already paid for the stay sums are fully non-refundable regardless the above canceling conditions and any kind of change in your stay after or before your arrival.

Group cancellation conditions:

  Cancellation of participants is tolerated if it is not more than 10% of the total group size, otherwise the below stated group cancellation policy is applicable.
  In case of partial decrease of participants or full group cancellation the hostel charges the next:
  Cancellation from booking/deposit payment date up to 60 days before arrival: 10% of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.

  Cancellation 60-30 days before arrival: 30 % or min. 1 night (the bigger amount payable) of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.

  Cancellation 30-15 days before arrival: 50 % or min. 1 night (the bigger amount payable) of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.

  Cancellation 15-7 days before arrival: 70% of the of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.

  Cancellation 7-0 days before arrival: 90% of the total costs is to be paid as a cancellation fee.

  The above cancellation fees are applicable in case of /from more than 10%  group size decrease on the base of the total cost (100% of the cost of the cancellation applied).   In case of number or participants change, the hostel keeps the right to unilaterally change the split and number of the rooms. Up to 10% decrease of participants is tolerated free of charge but in that case the the hostel also keeps the right to unilaterally change the split and number of the rooms.

  „Total cost”  means the total sum agreed in the original booking confirmation. 
  „Total cost” can be applied for part of the participants, in that case the total cost is the cost for the whole stay of the number of participants cancelled. All bank and other additional costs connected to the cancellation are for the account of the group.

  All the general conditions points not stated here (can be seen in our hostel general conditions menu) are valid for group too.
