RESERVATIONS – BOOKING US:

I. ONLINE BOOKING:

• No charge to your credit card
• No separate confirmation required by the hostel
• Fast, simple, secure

  The easiest way to book us is to make online booking (reserve a hostel room with secured booking) In this case your booking will be automatically secured, so there is no need of confirmation by our hostel (although we may ask you to reconfirm your arrival time by separate e-mail).

  You have to have a valid credit card but it will NOT be charged by us. (only 1 single euro that goes for the booking engine)

Important notes:
1/ please advise your contact phone (possibly mobile phone live during your journey with intl. codes!)
2/ payment is cash at arrival: we can not accept credit card payments!
3/ please advise your real expected arrival time to the hostel
(we do not keep all day reception for the moment, that's why we need to know your arrival time,anyway you do not have to worry if late, we will keep the room for you all day over, just try to advise us in advance about the change in your arrival time)

II. E-MAIL BOOKING:

Please write an e-mail to amigohostel@t-online.hu with the next info:

• your full name & address:
• contact phone (possibly mobile phone live also during your journey):
• room type and number of persons:
• date of arrival (write the month with letters):
• expected time of arrival (if changes later, try to advise):
• number of nights to stay at the hostel:
• passport or ID card number:

                If you e-mail us the required info above, in case of availability, you will get our booking confirmation by e-mail securing you a room(s)/apartment. No separate action will be required from you later on, although we normally ask for reconfirmation of our booking confirmation by a short e-mail from you.

  If you send us an E-MAIL you will need our booking confirmation, only then you will have valid booking with us!

Other Important:

1. Hostel check in: from 11:00h(11 am)* till: as per the time advised by you!
2. We do not keep all day reception: you must advise your expected arrival time and inform us if it changes by more than 1 hour
3. Payment: Payment is in cash upon arrival in EUR or in HUF (Hungarian forints) on the base of our EUR daily selling exchange rate.
4. Hostel check out: till 10:00h (10 am)
5. Please keep the noise level on minimum in the hostel and the building; our guesthouse is not an independent building and we have to respect the house residents. Please keep your room and the other facilities clean.
6. NON-SMOKING facilities and rooms for the whole hostel territory (smoking allowed only in front of the hostel)
